There is something awe-inspiring and reverent about nature and all the things in it. Maybe that is why I am driven to paint from life. Whether it’s in the country, the city, a still life or a live painting of people, it frees my mind and enlightens my soul.
Whether you share in my “en plein air” painting experiences or have a product in your home with my artwork on it, I hope it touches your life in some small way that brings peace and joy to your heart.
Please feel free to comment or share an experience you’ve had. I’d love to hear from you.

Every time I use my cutting board, or oven mitts I think of you
Actually, a girl at work (here in Oklahoma) went to school with your brother, John, and we were just talking about you. I miss you. Let’s all move back home (there is a lot of country there ). Love ya. Amy
Hello, I would love to feature any paintings done at New England Vineyards and wineries on our website – http://www.thegrowingvine.com.
Will be happy to provide credit and link back.
best regards,

What a wonderful photo of you. Love this blog!
Hey David,
Thank you! Merry Christmas to you and your family. Miss you!
Thanks for stopping by my blog and liking my recent post. I am a “amateur” and really enjoyed seeing our work. I think I will start coming by here more often.
Oops meant to say I am an amateur artist…..darn iPad!
Hi dranged in arizona! Thank you for the follow. I love reading about my fellow single moms who miraculously survive, especially through these past several years of recession. I can totally relate to sick kids, no running water, and still having to get a days worth of work and chores done despite everything. Can’t wait for the next post! Theresa
